Whats the best way to gain weight really really quickly ?

Been away from the gym since November time because of an old knee injury so have not checked my weight but got weighed earlier on and I`m now dead on 10st and even medium sized clothes are starting to look big on me
Am a veggie and find it hard to enjoy fast food and dont really drink nowadays because I dont like hangovers so the obvious binge consuming is out of the question as its also rather unhealthy
Apart from the obvious checkup for HIV is their anything I could be doing to advance my weight to possibly a stone in a week or so as I have 2 tinder dates lined up
Any previous experiences with these bulk formulas available on amazon ie:do they actually work ?

I went down to nearly 10 stone after swine flu rocked my world. You'd have noticed it around 11 stone if you were struggling with medium size clothes so I call bollox on this story Boaty sorry.
If you really are 10 stone I'd imagine you'd have saggy stretch marks like cm2 had
